Abstract

An unusual singular position dependent-mass quantum particle in square-well potential with is considered. Here, Schrödinger equation is defined with a new mass to get a general solution of the wave function . In d-dimension, Schrödinger equation is described in a new form with the ordering ambiguity values ( . The wavefunction and the position probability density are explained and tested, respectively. The symmetry state is observed with the wave function, as well.
